Kollabee started because we kept watching brilliant builders ship amazing things into a void. Great work deserved better distribution. So we built it.
Why we built this
We're living through the fastest era of software creation in history. Developers using Claude, Cursor, v0, Bolt, and Lovable can go from idea to working app in hours — sometimes minutes. The tooling is incredible. But distribution? Still broken. You ship something real, post it on Twitter, get 12 likes from your followers, and move on. The work disappears.
We saw this pattern over and over in Central Asia especially. Talented builders in Tashkent, Almaty, Bishkek — shipping genuinely impressive things — but invisible to the global community because there was no platform built for them. GitHub stars aren't a portfolio. Tweet threads aren't a showcase. We needed something built specifically for the ship-fast era.
So in early 2026, we started building Kollabee. Not a code host. Not another social network. A hive — where makers post what they've built, get real feedback, find collaborators, and actually grow an audience around their work. If you build in public, this is where you belong.
