  3. Projects must connect — Week 2 builds on Week 1, etc., so by Week 4 I have a small ecosystem, not 4 random demos.
  4. At least one week must produce a deployable web demo (Vercel/Netlify), not just a README.
  5. Avoid trendy demos that 1000 other repos already have (todo apps, weather apps, etc.). Pick angles that show
  judgment.
